Job Profile: We are looking for a dedicated Exterior Glass & ACP Faade Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day faade installation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily installation of glass, aluminium, and ACP faade works.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor labour productivity and assign daily work.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer and subcontractors.
- Check measurements before fabrication and installation.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain site discipline and enforce safety practices.
- Report daily progress, material requirements, and site issues.
- Inspect completed work and ensure quality before handover.
- Resolve minor site issues and escalate technical problems to the Site Engineer.
Required Skills:
- Experience in faade installation and site supervision.
- Ability to understand shop drawings and installation details.
- Valuable leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards.
- Ability to manage labour teams effectively.
Qualification: equivalent qualification. Or 2-5 years of experience in Glass & ACP faade site supervision.
