Role & responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support SAP FSCM solutions across Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Work on implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support projects.

- Configure FSCM processes and ensure alignment with business requirements.

- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.

- Ensure effective integration with SAP FI-AR, Treasury, and other SAP modules.

- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT activities.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot complex business issues.

- Prepare functional documentation, process documents, and training materials.

- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and optimization initiatives.





Preferred candidate profile

- 9 to 15 years of relevant SAP FSCM consulting experience.

- Strong expertise in Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.

- Hands-on experience in rollout, enhancement, migration, and support projects.

- Positive understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and FSCM integration.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA FSCM is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to drive requirement gathering workshops and solution discussions.

- SAP FSCM Certification will be an added advantage.
