Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and User Administration.
- Monitor server health, performance, capacity, and availability.
- Perform OS installation, patch management, upgrades, and server hardening.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows server, network, and application issues.
- Handle incident, change, problem, and service request management activities.
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with application, network, security, and cloud teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, security, and operational standards.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance requirements.





Required Skills

- Solid experience in Windows Server Administration.
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with patch management and server monitoring tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, server performance, and network-related issues.
- Exposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Understanding of security best practices and server hardening.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure administration.
- Experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune.
- Exposure to backup and recovery tools.
- Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA, or equivalent.
- Experience in enterprise-scale production support environments
