Roles and Responsibility

- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information via phone calls.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
