Job Description / Responsibilities

Production Planning

1.Release Daily / Weekly / Monthly Production Plan For all Celles Based on Demand, Forecast & LOP

2.Ensure RM to Meet the Production Plan And fulfil Customer also Monitoring the production the Production Process.

3.Requisition Materials, issue work orders, move orders and MIS Report as per required by the Management.

4.Plan production tasks & schedules and discuss with buyers, Making and sales about the schedule changes.

5.Develop and review production plan with Managers for Approval and escalate complex issues for resolution.

6.Communicate production plan with Managers for approval and escalate complex issues for resolution.

7.Communicate Production Status to Managers on regular basis and escalate for any failure.

8.Analyse back orders, current orders, current orders and upcoming orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production.

9.Plan inventory Management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.

10.Analyse delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines.

Logistics Controller

1.End to End operation of complete In-bound, Outbound transportation in most efficient & effective way

2.Liaison with External Parties and Coordinate with Vendor/ Customer/ Forwarder/ Carrier/ CHA.

3.Shipment Management, transportation and coordination.

4.Timely delivery of Finished Goods for Domestics & Exports customers based on requirements.

5.Knowledge on Export, Import, Packing & Delivery systems.

6.Develop the Packaging Solutions and arrange Logistics to support domestic & export deliveries.

7.Communicating clearly, concisely and maintain effective business relationships with the customer.

Procurement buyer

1.Sourcing of Materials and services, executing and managing commercial aspects of contracts.

2.Purchase Orders,



Procurement of Materials and Consumable and also ensuring vendors payment.

3.Setup & maintain material master system planning parameters (MOQ, Lead Time, Safety Stocks)

4.Reviewing, comparing, analysing, and approving products and services to be purchased.

5.Manage Inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

6.Maintain and update supplier information such as qualification, delivery time, product ranges, etc.

7.Maintain supplier relations and negotiate contracts. Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.

Cost Controller

1.Responsible and accountable For Project cost estimate from conceptual stage to control stage.

2.Support and lead companys various initiatives and organizational goals towards the best portfolio management.

3.Budget assign & prepare reconciliation report to support recommendations for award.

4.In-charge for Cost reduction activities and coordinate with relevant team to control the costs.

5.Prepare cost amendments in system as per Approval Standards. Also develop & improve cost approval Process.

6.Record and Maintain Procurement contracts, contract amendments, contract change notice, PO revision.

Attend periodic reviews, establish and maintain cost analysis (increase /decrease) report as per the required

Other Activities

1.Prepare Sales Forecast and release Sales Orders for Delivery.

2.Budget Control (Expense & Capex) as per the desired limit and initiate Cost Saving Activities.

3.Focusing FIFO systems ,3C ,5S , Kaizen & Improvement Activities.





4.Cost Estimation, Negotiation and Finalization the Source based on the management target.

5.Prepare Packaging, Logistics & 3PL Cost Estimation and Implementation with prior approval.

6.Negotiation and Finalization the source based on the Management targets price as well as to meet the service level.

7.Any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.

8.Implemented Cost Reduction in Packaging, Logistics, Trolley Management & Printing Expenses.

9.Ensured 100% on Planning Accuracy, Material Availability& Zero Downtime at Production Lines

10.Reduced the buffer stock level, Inventory cost and other risks associated with it by effective analysis

11.Active Team player for the Recent Warehouse layout design & Implementation Projects

12.Guide & Support to implement Automated Software for Production and Delivery

13.Packing Design Modification with Standard packing for all products

14. New Projects Cost Estimation and finalization for packaging , logistics & 3PL Activities
