- Ensure high-quality processing while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, or exceptions.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and operational targets.
- Contribute toward achieving team KPIs, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication.

- Interest in Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management Operations.
