About the role:

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Video Editor to join Fitelo’s growing creative team. You will work closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to create high-impact videos that drive engagement, conversions, and brand recall across digital platforms.This role goes beyond basic editing , you’ll shape compelling visual stories, experiment with AI-powered workflows, and bring products to life through motion graphics and animations. If you enjoy blending creativity with performance marketing and want your work to directly impact business growth, this role is for you.

Specifically, this role will involve:

- Editing high-quality videos for ads, social media, YouTube, and brand campaigns
- Creating motion graphics, animations, and product explainers for Fitelo products
- Handling end-to-end post-production including cuts, transitions,



color correction, sound design, audio enhancement, and visual effects
- Creating engaging motion graphics and animated assets for digital marketing campaigns
- Using AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and production quality in video workflows
- Collaborating with marketing, growth, and design teams to align creatives with campaign objectives
- Creating multiple creative variations based on performance insights and feedback
- Maintaining organized project files and ensuring timely delivery of all assigned work

Ideal candidate will have:

- 2+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, and sound design will be highly preferred
- Working knowledge of Photoshop for thumbnails, frames, and creatives
- Figma will be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for video editing and visual enhancement
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and performance-driven video content
- Experience working with D2C brands, performance marketing teams, or agencies (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Animation, or a related field
- Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education
