Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in the Pune Division.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and visual assets for brand campaigns, digital content, social media, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing and storyboarding animations, designing graphics and layouts, editing video content, and producing motion-based deliverables aligned with brand guidelines and creative strategy. The role involves collaborating with strategists, designers,



and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives, optimizing assets for multiple platforms and formats, and maintaining consistent quality and timelines across projects. The designer will also support experimentation with new formats, visual styles, and techniques to enhance the brand’s digital and marketing presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics to create engaging animated content for various brand and marketing applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing video assets optimized for digital and social media channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to develop visually coherent layouts, typography, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards, and present visual concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video work, and brand-aligned digital design projects.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
