Role : Mobile Engineer (React Native Developer).

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer (React Native Developer) with 2 to 5 years of experience to spearhead the development of our Workhall mobile application. Operating full time out of our Coimbatore office, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance cross-platform apps for both iOS and Android.

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, a solid command of modern JavaScript (ES6 ), and a strong conceptual understanding of native mobile layers. In this role, your expertise will directly drive user engagement and experience through the seamless implementation of innovative new features.

Key Responsibilities :

- Cross-Platform Development: Develop, test, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into polished, user-friendly mobile experiences.
- Native Integration: Work with native modules and integrate platform-specific APIs to unlock capabilities beyond the standard React Native framework.
- Code Excellence:



Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, write clean/maintainable code, and actively contribute to continuous technical improvements.
- Ecosystem Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in the React Native ecosystem, library updates, platform upgrades, and emerging mobile development best practices.

Required Skills &

Experience :

Technical Core

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional hands-on experience in mobile application development.
- React Native Expertise: Proven track record of building and deploying production-ready applications using React Native.
- Language Mastery: Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals, alongside a solid command of modern JavaScript (ES6 ) coding standards.
- Bridge & Architecture: Strong conceptual understanding of Android and iOS native layers, their respective architectures, and how the React Native bridge interacts with native components.
- Platform Nuances: Clear understanding of platform-specific design guidelines, performance constraints, and deployment nuances for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
