About the Role

As an Assistant Senior Tutor Manager, you will lead tutor teams, drive academic excellence, ensure seamless online class operations, and build strong parent relationships to improve student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage tutor performance.
- Academic Excellence: Track student progress and drive improvement plans.
- Parent Engagement: Conduct review calls and resolve escalations.

Monitor tutor sessions and provide coaching & feedback.
