Role & responsibilities

1. Development of Robust Quality Plan and Systems:

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA/QC systems for highrise buildings including basements, podiums, and terraces.
- Ensure implementation and optimization of digital Quality Apps for realtime site quality monitoring.
- Establish internal control mechanisms and ensure statutory/system compliance as per IMS and QA guidelines.
- Drive and support Business Excellence initiatives such as LEAN, Green Building initiatives, Kaizen, and PMO activities to enhance quality and reduce time, cost, and rework.
- Promote a culture of quality by mentoring supervisors and trainees on construction best practices and quality standards.

2. Compliance to Quality Parameters during Design and Execution Phase:

- Conduct quality inspections during all stages of execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
- Perform material inspections and quality checks for all raw materials including concrete, aggregates, and reinforcement.
- Implement immediate, retrospective, and preventive quality control measures (e.g., cube test analysis, RCA, CAPA).




- Prepare and validate method statements in coordination with project and safety teams.
- Manage quality checks for finished flats prior to handover to ensure defectfree delivery.
- Ensure zero nonconformance through strict adherence to IMS, QA guidelines, and project specifications.
- Monitor and close all safety and quality deviations or noncompliances recorded during site audits.

3. Support in Delivery of Project:

- Drive site-wide compliance with safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and enforce corrective measures to ensure a safe working setting.
- Promote strong housekeeping practices and 5S implementation across the site.
- Coordinate with Contracts and Procurement teams to finalize contracts as per specification within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure adherence to legal, quality, safety, cost, and timeline requirements to support successful project delivery.
- Address customer queries and complaints, perform complaint analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Support site planning, scheduling, engineering services, and commissioning activities as part of secondary responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress using project management tools, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.

4. Material Management, Documentation and Reporting

- Coordinate with procurement teams, vendors,



and RMC suppliers to ensure timely availability of quality materials.
- Verify and approve material deliveries, ensure correct storage, handling, and inventory management at site.
- Conduct detailed material reconciliation, highlight variances, and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide periodic updates and reports to senior management on progress, milestones, quality issues, and deviations.
- Participate in internal audits, IMS audits, and update processes when changes occur in execution methodologies.

- Strengthen contractor and labour engagement through structured development, supervision, and performance management.
- Support crossfunctional coordination with consultants, internal teams, and contractors to ensure timely completion of drawings and project deliverables.
- Ensure customer delight through proactive issue resolution and high-quality handover experience.
- Contribute to organizational learning by implementing RCA, CAPA, and documenting lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, transparency, and adherence to ethical standards.

Preferred candidate profile

5-7 years of relative working experience in construction field, with a focus on high rise premium residential buildings

The person should be well versed to appropriately use analytical tools such as 7 QC tools. He/ She should be aware of the relevant applicable IS codes to carry out the Job efficiently.

Expertise in RCC, waterproofing, blockwork, reinforcement, finishing, and civil finishes.

Good Verbal and Written communication.
