- Execution & Pricing: Set up service execution workflows, pricing rules, and customer billing structures inside S/4HANA.
- Cross-Module Integration: Link the Service module smoothly with Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Documentation:



Write functional and technical specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with execution teams.
- Testing & Support: Lead unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live hypercare support.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Module Expertise: Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA Service or traditional Customer Service (CS).
- Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and logistics integration.
- Education Norms: Full time graduation (B.Tech, BE, MCA, or M.Sc) with consistent academic records required by Tata Consultancy Services.
- Soft Skills: Client-facing experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management.
