Role Overview:
We are hiring an HR Recruiter freshers or with 1 year of experience in bulk hiring to manage BPO recruitment drives.
- Handle bulk hiring for BPO roles across multiple clients.
- Source candidates via job portals, references, databases, and social media.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure job fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding.
- Meet daily/weekly hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- - Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring (BPO hiring preferred) or Freshers having excellent communication in English
- Robust sourcing and screening ability.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Target-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
