We are hiring Mutual Fund process for a reputed organization based in Ghansoli Navi Mumbai. This opportunity is suitable for candidates seeking stable growth opportunities in the customer support domain with immediate joining.

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Joining: Immediate to 15days preferred

Experience Required:

Minimum 6 months to 1 Years

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective mutual fund investors.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, folio details, and transaction status.
- Provide information on SIP (Systematic Investment Plan), STP, SWP, and lump-sum investments.
- Guide customers regarding KYC, PAN linking, nominee updates, and account modifications.
- Support customers with redemption, purchase, and switch transaction queries.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate preferred .





- 6 months -2 years of experience in BPO/ Sales/Bpo sales(Voice process)

- Good communication skills in English

- Candidates must be Navi Mumbai based, as interview rounds will be conduct virtually

Compensation & Benefits:---

- Salary: Up to 18k in-hand & 22k CTC
