- Collect, compile, and maintain service-related data from dealers, distributors, and internal teams to prepare accurate MIS reports.
- Coordinate with customers through outbound calls for follow-ups, service updates, and feedback while ensuring timely data collection and record maintenance.
- Support the Service Department by updating databases, generating reports, and assisting in day-to-day MIS and administrative activities.
