We're Hiring | MIS Executive Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Sonipat, Haryana

Work Mode: On-site Allwyn Bikes is redefining cycling & toddler mobility with safe, innovative, and sustainable bicycles, tricycles, ride-ons, scooters, and strollers proudly Made in India with complete in-house manufacturing. Role Highlights Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Generate sales, inventory, production, and business performance reports.

Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple departments.

Develop dashboards and reports to support management decision-making.

Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.

Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency using Excel and other MIS tools.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Production teams for data collection and reporting.

Identify trends, prepare insights, and recommend process improvements.

What We're Looking For 3–4 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar reporting role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).





Experience with ERP systems and business reporting tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools will be an added advantage. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.

- Certification in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or MIS reporting is preferred.
