Position: MIS ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with a finance background to manage MIS reporting, data analysis, document verification, operational coordination, and payment recovery follow-ups. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal and field teams, and ensuring timely execution of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyze operational and financial data to support management decision-making.
- Verify and maintain employee, vendor, and operational documents with accuracy.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement, and field teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up with customers/internal stakeholders for outstanding payments and maintain recovery status reports.
- Monitor field activities, track progress, and submit timely status reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Identify operational issues,



follow up for resolution, and escalate critical concerns when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Finance, Operations, Accounts Receivable, or Administrative Coordination.

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in payment recovery follow-ups and coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Document verification and record management
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MIS software (preferred)
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
