About the Role

Dynatech Systems is seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI , with the ability to deliver scalable solutions integrated with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Develop and automate business workflows using Power Automate .
- Build and manage solutions using Microsoft Dataverse .
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Azure Services, REST APIs , and third-party applications.
- Create reusable components, custom connectors, and business process flows.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to support business insights.
- Implement security roles, environment strategies, and governance best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative low-code solutions.




- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Strong expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Power BI
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Azure Services .
- Experience developing custom connectors and integrating REST APIs.
- Valuable understanding of JavaScript, JSON, HTML/CSS, and C#/.NET for extending Power Platform capabilities.
- Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, solution deployment, and environment management.
- Experience implementing security roles, Row-Level Security (RLS), and governance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) is preferred.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM , Azure Functions , Power Pages , and Copilot Studio is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
