Microsoft 365 Systems & Security Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid 1 Day/Week Onsite, Financial District)

Schedule: Part-Time (~20 Hours/Week)

About The Role We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Systems & Security Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. This role will focus on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Defender, and security governance , while implementing a Zero-Trust security framework for executive leadership and business-critical data.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in identity management, Microsoft 365 security, HRMS integrations, RBAC, DLP, and cloud administration , ensuring secure access to sensitive financial, legal, and real estate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and secure Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Implement Zero-Trust security controls, MFA, Conditional Access, and executive security protections.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Deploy and maintain Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, encryption, and remote wipe.
- Integrate Keka HRMS with Microsoft Entra ID for automated onboarding, offboarding, and license provisioning.




- Design and manage SharePoint and OneDrive document security architecture.
- Implement Microsoft Purview DLP, Sensitivity Labels, and data governance policies.
- Establish and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least-privilege access models.
- Conduct weekly onsite security reviews, device onboarding, and executive support.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and security experience.
- Solid expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, Dynamic Groups, and RBAC.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Defender for Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview.
- Experience integrating HRMS platforms such as Keka, Workday, BambooHR, or similar with Entra ID.
- Knowledge of DLP, compliance, identity governance, and cloud security best practices.
- Must be based in or near Hyderabad and available for weekly onsite visits.

Preferred Skills
- Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, Azure Administrator, or related certifications.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and highly sensitive business environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
