About The Opportunity A fast-growing travel technology and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) consultancy firm operating across India, we design and execute high-impact corporate travel experiences for Fortune 500 clients, startups, and government bodies. Our team blends creative event strategy with scalable logistics to turn complex group travel into seamless, branded experiences — from boardroom retreats to 1000-delegate conferences. We’re hiring a MICE Sales Manager to own client acquisition, revenue growth, and partnership development in the corporate travel ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities Own end-to-end MICE sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal design to contract negotiation and client onboarding.

Build and manage relationships with corporate HR, procurement, and event teams to secure recurring MICE contracts.

Partner with internal operations to align pricing, venue sourcing, and logistics with client budgets and requirements.

Design and pitch custom MICE packages — blending destinations, venues, activities, and experiential elements for client ROI.





Track pipeline metrics (conversion rate, deal size, sales cycle length) and optimize outreach based on performance.

Represent the brand at industry events, tradeshows, and client summits to expand market visibility and network.
