We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our travel company as a MICE Sales Manager. This role encompasses responsibility for both nurturing existing corporate relationships and driving new business opportunities in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage existing corporate relationships to source and manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business.
- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new corporate clients to expand the company's MICE portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure business deals.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.




- Minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience in MICE sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Established network and relationships within the corporate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic setting.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
