? Project Duration: 8+ Years (Long-term Opportunity) ? Role Overview We are looking for an experienced MEP Planning Engineer who can independently manage planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination activities for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works in large-scale commercial projects. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities • Develop and monitor MEP schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project

- Prepare baseline, recovery, and catch-up schedules for MEP activities
- Track progress, delays, milestones, and critical path activities
- Coordinate with MEP Execution, Billing, QA/QC, Procurement, and Project teams
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and progress reports




- Conduct weekly & monthly planning review meetings
- Support manpower, material, and resource forecasting for MEP works ? Ideal Candidate Profile • Experience: 8–15 Years in MEP Planning for EPC / Commercial Building Projects
- Strong experience in Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Experience in Hospital, Data Center, Institutional, or High-rise projects preferred
- Valuable understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing execution activities
