Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review and verify MEPF design drawings for residential and commercial projects.

- Ensure all MEPF designa comply with the latest National Building Code (NBC), relevant IS Codes, fire safety regulations, and local statutory requirements.

- Develop and maintain design documentation, technical specifications, Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, and related project documents.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, external MEP consultants, and internal project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

- Resolve technical design issues and provide engineering solutions during the design and execution stages.

- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical support to project stakeholders.

- Conduct periodic site visits to review MEP works and ensure execution is in line with approved drwaings.

- Work closely with project, procurement, contracts, QA/QC,



and other departments for seamless project coordination.

- Ensure quality standards, project timelines, and technical compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and Fire Fighting (MEPF) systems.

- Experience in designing MEP services for high rise residential and commercial buildings.

- Thorough understanding of NBC, IS Codes, fire safety norms, and local building regulations.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparation and review of engineering drawings.

- Good working knowledge of microsoft office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholders management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
