Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, budget variances, and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 9-20 years of experience in hotel construction or renovation projects with a focus on MEP systems.
- Robust understanding of mechanical electrical plumbing principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
