We are looking for a highly experienced and technically solid Senior Electrical Design Engineer / Design Manager to join our Design & Build team.

Experience Required

Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Design Engineering

Proven experience in

Commercial Office Fit-out Projects

Semiconductor Labs/ High-Tech Lab Facilities

Data Centers / Mission Critical Facilities What We Are Looking For

Strong expertise in Electrical system design and engineering

Ability to drive design optimization, value engineering, and technically efficient solutions

Strong understanding of project costing, buildability, and practical implementation

Excellent design review and technical validation capabilities

Ability to take initiative in streamlining engineering processes and workflows

Establish and maintain systematic design practices,



standards, and quality controls

Ensure high-quality, accurate, and professional engineering submissions

Mentor and guide junior engineers and design teams

Act as a technical anchor and driving force for project delivery

Strong ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving approach

Technology-driven and innovation-oriented thinking

Ability to improve coordination efficiency across disciplines and stakeholders

Experience working in fast-paced Design & Build environments with demanding timelines Preferred Technical Exposure
