Position: MEP Draftsman (Any one)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced or Fresher Draughtsman (MEP/Mechanical) to prepare accurate and detailed drawings for Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems. The candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD and experience working on building services consultancy projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare MEP drawings including Plumbing, Electrical, Drainage, Fire Fighting layouts, schematics, and detail drawings.

Develop coordination drawings ensuring proper interface with architectural, structural, electrical, and HVAC services.

Draft shop drawings, as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams as per project requirements.

Update drawings based on design changes, engineer inputs, and site conditions.

Maintain drawing accuracy,



layers, CAD standards, and documentation.

Support the engineering team in preparing BOQs, material take-offs, and technical submissions.

Review and understand engineering sketches, design notes, and technical specifications.

Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, NFPA, and company CAD standards.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting).

Experience with MEP building services drawings (Plumbing/Drainage/Fire Fighting).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and drafting quality.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of BIM/Revit (optional but an added advantage).
