Company Description We are a startup with a mission to bring high-quality technology products to the underserved. Founded by Silicon Valley veterans who have led product and engineering at Twilio, Qualcomm, PayPal, Samsara, Postman, CloudKitchens and others. We are establishing a base in India with the goal of building a nexus of highly motivated individuals who share our passion for technology and creativity.

Role Description As a Member of Technical Staff at Stealth Startup, you will design, build, and maintain core product infrastructure and user-facing features in a highly collaborative setting. You will own end-to-end technical projects, from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and monitoring. Daily work includes pairing with other engineers and founders, reviewing code, improving system reliability and performance, and evolving internal tools and workflows. You will work closely with product and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into practical, scalable solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



with a solid emphasis on in-person collaboration and rapid iteration.

Qualifications A recently completed Bachelor's in Engineering or Science from a premier institute is a must. We will consider hiring exceptional candidates who are in the process of finishing their degree.

Demonstration of prior work hosted on Github, iOS/Android App Store, HuggingFace will determine your likelihood of selection.

Generalist Skills: Web, Security, Apps, Infrastructure, Embedded, ML, Gaming with AI-native development and debugging.

Strong Fundamentals: JS/Python/Java/C/Rust, high level of comfort working in Linux environment, VMs, containers. Compensation

Process

Your selection for "screening" will be based entirely on your demonstration of prior work. We will call you for "screening" by our product co-founder. After successful screen, you will be invited to a day of in-person pair-programming with the technical co-founder.
