Role Description This full time International Voice Process role is an on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with international customers, responding to queries, and providing accurate information in a clear and professional manner.

Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, documenting interactions in the system, and following established workflows and quality guidelines. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams when needed, meeting performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction, and adhering to process compliance and security standards. Team members are expected to maintain punctuality, contribute to a positive work environment,



and adapt to shifts aligned with international time zones.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including fluent spoken English, active listening, and clear articulation.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including empathy, problem-solving on calls, and professional call etiquette.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as persuasive communication, upselling or cross-selling where applicable, and meeting conversion targets.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, interpret data or call trends, and follow process logic accurately.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance awareness when handling billing, payment-related queries, or account clarifications, as applicable.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in international voice or BPO processes, or equivalent customer-facing roles.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in the Pune Division, with flexibility for shifts and rotational weekends as required.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, commerce, or related fields is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and call center software, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly, is preferred.
