We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Sales Executive to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Conduct regular field visits to assigned territories.

Generate new business opportunities and increase product awareness.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide detailed product information, perks, and usage to healthcare professionals.

Organize product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and expense reports.





Follow company policies and ensure ethical promotion of pharmaceutical products.

Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, B.Sc., BBA, or a related field.

13 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.

Valid driving license is preferred.
