Graduates from: Bachelors of B. Pharm, Biotechnology, Life Sciences & allied fields

Program Structure

Phase 1: Classroom Training (4 Days | Navi Mumbai)

- Company, healthcare industry & genomics diagnostics overview
- Product portfolio & molecular diagnostic solutions
- Healthcare sales training, doctor interaction & pitching skills
- Grooming & field-readiness sessions
- Product-based and final evaluation assessments





Phase 2: On-Field Training (For candidates shortlisted after Phase 1)

- Hospital & diagnostic centre visits
- Doctor meetings and real client interactions
- Territory management & field execution alongside Regional Sales Managers
- Real-time healthcare sales exposure

Note - Note 1: Candidates not shortlisted after Phase 1 will conclude the program after the Classroom training. Note 3: Participants have the choice to join the training either in Navi Mumbai or Bangalore, as per their convenience.
