- Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to all inpatients, achieving optimal clinical outcomes.

- Lead the design, implementation, and periodic review of individualized patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

- Oversee nursing, therapy, and dietary interventions to ensure alignment with patient care objectives and holistic health outcomes.

- Conduct regular clinical rounds and ensure early identification, escalation, and management of complications or patient deterioration.

- Coordinate with primary physicians and specialists, ensuring bi-weekly updates on patient progress and cooperative decision-making.
