Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients to evaluate and improve how AI systems handle clinical reasoning in medical contexts. You will design evaluation methods that test AI performance on real medical problems where clinical expertise is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with research teams to evaluate AI systems’ clinical reasoning capabilities.
- Design systematic evaluation frameworks for medical AI systems.
- Create clinical scenarios testing AI reasoning and decision-making.
- Build assessment methods capturing nuances of clinical practice.
- Identify gaps in AI medical knowledge and reasoning to guide improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Licensed physician in active clinical practice with any specialty.




- Experience with clinical decision-making and evidence-based medicine.
- Strong analytical skills to assess AI system performance.
- Ability to communicate complex medical concepts clearly.
- Interest in how AI can support clinical practice.
