Job Summary

We are currently hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees for upcoming CAE/CFD project requirements. Due to specific client expectations, selected candidates will undergo a structured onboarding program to prepare for direct deployment into live engineering projects. This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a 'get it done' spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Prerequisites

- Basic understanding of FEA / CFD

- Engineering fundamentals

- Analytical thinking

- Willingness to learn tools

- Willingness to relocate based on project requirements

- Knowledge of industry-standard CAE pre-processing software (e.g., HyperMesh) will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria

- BE / BTech / ME / MTech Mechanical related branches

- 2023 / 2024 / 2025 / 2026 pass-outs

- Minimum 50% aggregate

- Strong interest in CAE / FEA; domain

The Innovation Behind Our Product

Selected candidates will undergo a structured 4-month onboarding program focused on CAE/CFD tools, real-time engineering applications, and OEM-level workflows.

During this phase, candidates will:

- Learn industry-standard CAE/CFD tools

- Work on real automotive components

- Follow OEM engineering and validation practices

- Prepare for client-specific technical requirements

Post training, candidates will go through:

- Internal technical assessment;

- Tool-based evaluation aligned with client standards;

- OEM client technical test (conducted at RD level);

Upon successfully clearing the client tool test:

- Candidates will be deployed to live OEM RD projects;

- Employment will be under the payroll of our MNC client partners;
