Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Location: Across Pune

CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (Based on Interview Performance)

Job Description:

- Recruit and develop a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Consultants.
- Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve business targets.
- Drive life insurance sales through the agency channel.
- Generate leads and assist advisors in customer acquisition.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales goals.
- Maintain solid relationships with advisors and customers.
- Monitor advisor productivity and policy persistency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in sales, insurance, banking, BFSI, or field sales preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a field-sales environment.
