Hiring: Zonal Business Manager Genomics

Location: Chandigarh

CTC: Up to 20 LPA

We are looking for a Zonal Business Manager – Genomics for a leading healthcare organization

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive business growth and sales for the Genomics portfolio across the assigned zone.

* Build and manage relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinicians, and key healthcare partners.

* Lead and mentor the regional sales team to achieve business targets.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

* Monitor market trends and implement effective sales strategies.

Preferred Profile:

* 6–10 years of experience in Genomics, Molecular Diagnostics, Diagnostics, or Healthcare sales.

* Robust experience in regional/zonal business management and team handling.

* Excellent stakeholder management, business development, and leadership skills.

* Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
