Role Overview

- We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Associate to strengthen our IT sales and business development team
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B IT sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and revenue growth
- This role involves selling IT infrastructure solutions, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and driving business expansion in target markets

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of IT hardware and software solutions including servers, networking, cloud services, collaboration tools, cybersecurity, and managed services
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closureConduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and solution presentations
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiationsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts,



and pipeline reports
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proven experience in B2B IT sales / IT infrastructure sales
- Solid understanding of IT hardware, networking, cloud, and enterprise solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently manage sales targets and client accounts
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- 2-5 years of experience in IT sales / B2B technology sales
- Experience selling enterprise IT infrastructure solutions
- Existing network of corporate clients will be an added advantage

Education
MBA (Marketing/Finance) / BCA / BE / BTech / Any relevant graduate degree
