Role & responsibilities

IT Strategy & Business Partnering

- Own and drive the plant IT strategy calendar and targets in alignment with the organization's central digital roadmap and the plant's business strategy
- Partner with plant leadership to identify opportunities for standardized IT tools, best practices, and process digitalization
- Champion adoption of state-of-the-art technology (Web, Mobile, Cloud, Industry 4.0) to enhance efficiency and phase out obsolete technology

Program & Project Management

- Lead end-to-end implementation of IT projects, applications, and infrastructure on time, within scope, quality, and cost
- Drive SAP S/4 HANA rollout and related ERP/functional projects for the plant in coordination with central IT teams
- Plan and execute IT infrastructure capital investments optimally to ensure business continuity and eliminate excess spend

IT Governance, Security & Compliance

- Ensure zero major non-compliance in IT governance and security audits
- Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy requirements including the DPDP Act, working closely with Data Security Officers/Partners
- Control usage of central IT directives and guidelines to minimize cybersecurity risks; drive continuous process improvement with governance teams

Stakeholder & People Management

- Collaborate with plant leadership,



central IT/digital organizations, manufacturing IT teams, process experts, and external service providers
- Achieve high IT project fulfilment and internal customer satisfaction scores
- Lead, develop, and motivate the location IT team; drive training in latest technologies and soft skills

Preferred candidate profile

- 7+ years of overall experience in business processes, IT applications & services, Industry 4.0, and plant digitalization manufacturing environment is a must
- 2+ years hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA / SAP functional project implementation in plants
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong working knowledge of IT Governance frameworks, DPDP Act / data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity practices
- Experience in IT infrastructure and application architecture Web, Mobile, or Cloud services in a plant environment
- B.E./B.Tech (CS/IS/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial); Master's in Engineering and PMP certification are an advantage
- Robust analytical, change management, and stakeholder management skills
