Designation : Trainee Client Service Executive (Night shift-Voice process).

Job Location : Tidel Park in Taramani or Premises in Perungudi (Next to Perungudi EB office), Chennai(Location depends on project assigned)

Job Roles :

- Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goal In some cases
- To make calls to insurance companies or to the client to follow up on unpaid claims.
- To make calls to patients on behalf of doctor's office
- Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time

Desired Candidate profile :





- Should be Willing to work in Night shift (5:30PM to 2:30AM or Later)
- Should be willing to join immediately for work from office mode
- Any degree or Diploma(12+Diploma only) is mandatory- Freshers from 2022 passed out onwards only
- Should have Good English communication skills(Written and oral)
- Should posses positive typing skills and good knowledge in MS office(Excel Knowledge mandatory)
- Cab Drop facility(One way) will be provided for female candidates (No transportation for male candidates)
- Food facility available for all night shift employee.
- Medical insurance facility for all employees
