We are expanding our Sourcing Team and looking for both Freshers and Experienced Recruiters to join us! If you possess strong talent sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, are encouraged apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing: Utilize Naukri.com, internal databases, and other major job portals to identify and engage top-tier talent.
- End-to-End Pipeline Management: Oversee full-lifecycle sourcing activities to meet multiple concurrent hiring requirements.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit, skills, and interest.
- Interview Coordination: Seamlessly schedule interviews and manage timely candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers and generate accurate MIS reports to monitor progress.
- Target Performance: Consistently meet daily sourcing and outreach targets to keep the hiring pipeline active.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a supportive, explicit, and professional experience for all candidates from first contact to day one.

Desired Candidate Profile

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED

- Education: Graduate / MBA / PGDM (Specialization in HR is an advantage, but not mandatory).
- Experience:



Open to Freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in BPO/Volume hiring.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with job boards (like Naukri.com), resume screening, and candidate sourcing techniques. Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot tables) for maintaining recruitment data.
- Traits: High energy, target-driven, proactive, and a strong willingness to learn.
