Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US Healthcare Recruitment
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clients
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Stay updated with US healthcare rules and staffing trends

Requirements

- Proven experience in US Healthcare recruitment, with 2+ years of recruiting for Nursing, Allied Health, clinical and other healthcare professionals.
- Good understanding of US Healthcare recruitment, licensing, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Proficient in sourcing through job boards like Indeed, Vivian, Travel Nurse Source, Allied Travel Careers, as well as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Good negotiation skills for rate discussion and candidate closure
- Experience in license and certification verification.
- Knowledge of tax terms (W2, 1099, Full time) and stipends
