The Role :Paralegal Litigation & Disputes Associate

Litigation & Disputes Paralegal will be a part of the Legal & Corporate Affairs team and support the management of global contentious matters, including commercial disputes, litigation, employment and regulatory matters. This is a hands-on operational role focused on case management, document control, coordination with internal and external counsel, and dispute project support.

What Youll Do

- Maintain and manage end-to-end litigation/dispute matter trackers.
- Act as contact for Legal & Corporate Affairs in all new litigation/dispute matters within the internal dispute resolution process.
- Track deadlines and procedural milestones.
- Coordinate collection, review, and management of documents and evidence.
- Support discovery and document production.
- Liaise with external counsel and local advisors across jurisdictions.
- Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and internal status reports.
- Support litigation budgeting, forecasting, and legal spend tracking.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Compliance, and business teams.

Skills & Experience Required

- Relevant previous litigation/disputes experience
- Solid project and case management experience and organizational skills




- Experience supporting multiple jurisdictions and external counsel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Legal education or paralegal certification preferred
