- Conduct statutory audits of real estate companies, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Provide assurance services to clients, including financial statement preparation, review, and compilation.
- Identify areas of improvement in internal controls and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service offerings.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in auditing or assurance practice.
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and real estate industry practices.
- Proficiency in conducting statutory audits under CA (Certified Auditor) certification.
