Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Co-Founder & Head of Operations, playing a key role in driving business reviews, operational reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Own the reporting and analysis rhythm across supply operations, collections, tracking & escalation, and city sales.
- Prepare weekly and monthly review packs, analyze business performance, identify key trends, highlight decision points, and respond to ad hoc analysis requests using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Drive meeting and review discipline by managing agendas, pre-reads, action trackers, and follow-ups. Coordinate with National Heads and City Heads to ensure timely inputs, maintain accountability, and track action items to closure so leadership reviews remain focused on decisions rather than data gathering.
- Enable field and city teams to effectively use Zoho Analytics by providing hands-on guidance and helping them interpret business metrics independently.




- Lead process improvement initiatives by standardizing reports, consolidating operational dashboards, and building scorecards that improve business visibility and decision-making.

What We're Looking For.

- 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Business Analysis, Central Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience working closely with field operations, logistics, supply chain, collections, or quick commerce.
- Fluent in Hindi with excellent stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert raw data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Zoho Analytics is a plus) and strong AI fluency.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-ownership workplace.
