About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic MBA students specializing in Marketing Communication to join our team as Interns. This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on exposure to marketing, branding, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity, confidence, and a keen interest in developing marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Support marketing communication and branding initiatives.
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and brand consistency.
- Participate in client interactions, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Support event management, webinars, and customer engagement programs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM.
- Preferred Discipline: Marketing Communication.
- Strong academic background and passion for marketing, branding, and communications.

Internship & Compensation Structure

Phase 1: Evaluation Internship

- Duration: 30 Days
- Compensation: Unpaid
- Performance will be evaluated based on communication skills, learning agility, professionalism, creativity, initiative, and overall contribution.

Phase 2: Paid Internship

- Duration: 2 Months
- Stipend: 25,000 per month
- Selected candidates from Phase 1 will be offered a paid internship opportunity.

Phase 3: Full-Time Employment Opportunity

- Based on successful performance during the internship period, candidates may be offered a full-time role.
- Starting Salary: 30,000 per month
