The ideal candidate should be confident in patient consultations, NABH-compliant documentation, and comfortable appearing in educational and promotional videos for the hospital's digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult and examine OPD/IPD patients.
- Maintain complete NABH-compliant patient documentation and clinical records.
- Ensure all medical files, case sheets, consent forms, and treatment records are filled accurately as per NABH protocols.
- Coordinate with the quality and clinical teams during NABH audits and inspections.
- Participate in hospital quality improvement activities.
- Explain treatment plans and patient care protocols.
- Appear confidently in educational videos, social media content, and awareness campaigns.
- Support clinical SOP implementation and documentation.
Requirements
- BAMS or MD (Ayurveda)
from a recognised university.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (NABH hospital experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of NABH standards, documentation, and hospital protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident personality with good camera presence.
- Positive documentation and computer skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling NABH inspections.
- Knowledge of EMR/MS Office.
- Team player with leadership qualities.
- Ability to train staff on NABH documentation when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
