Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to develop messaging, and supporting business development initiatives. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, managing promotional activities, and supporting sales teams with marketing materials.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.

Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

Experience in Marketing Strategy development and implementation to support organizational goals.

Understanding of Sales processes and the ability to align marketing activities with sales objectives.

Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proficiency with common digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic analytics platforms.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple projects.

Prior experience in a consulting, training, or B2B services setting is an advantage.
