Key Responsibilities:
- Send company introduction emails/letters to prospective customers.
- Receive and acknowledge enquiries.
- Coordinate with Sales/Marketing Manager for quotations, drawings, and technical details.
- Prepare and send quotations.
- Follow up with customers via email and phone.
- Maintain enquiry and customer records.
- Communicate with Indian and overseas buyers.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate preferred (not essential).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Confident in phone and customer communication.
- MS Office and email skills.
- Organized, pleasant, and willing to learn.
- Experience preferred, but freshers with valuable communication are welcome.Role & responsibilities
