Hiring – Marketing & Operations Executive

Job Summary

Bharat Interior is looking for a proactive and well-organized Marketing & Operations Executive who can manage marketing activities, client communication, basic HR responsibilities, and daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Generate and follow up on new business leads.

⁠ ⁠Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.

⁠ ⁠Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project operations.

⁠ ⁠Handle basic HR tasks such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding.

⁠ ⁠Maintain CRM records, client databases, and daily reports.

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.





⁠ ⁠Assist management with business development and operational planning.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

⁠ ⁠1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Operations, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

⁠ ⁠Positive knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and email communication.

⁠ ⁠Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

⁠ ⁠Professional attitude and willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
