Marketing Manager 1) The main responsibility of this role is to achieve the Revenue Targets set for the Branch Team, through Broking of - Equity, Derivatives, Commodity.

- Responsibility will also include Hiring and training of the team on Product and Selling Skills.
- Organizing weekly Investor meets to increase client base.
- Reporting of branch activities to Branch Manager/ Business Head from time to time.
- Monthly training programs for staffs (Product related/ Communication Skills) for improving caliber.
- Communicating to employees about the important matters concerning the Company and its Policies 8) Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage teams effectively towards achieving sales targets.
- Domain Knowledge of Products like Equity Stock Broking, Mutual Funds. .

Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Above 2+ year of experience in Stock Broking industry.

- Strong knowledge of Equity market, commodity market, Mutual fund products.
- Excellent communication skills for building solid client relationships and negotiating deals.
