Creative - Marketing Planning & Studio Relations Contractor

Location: Mumbai

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable on the basis of performance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative - Marketing Planning & Studio Relations Contractor to support the management and coordination of marketing assets for non-branded titles across the India market.

This role will act as a key coordination point between internal marketing teams, external agencies, studios, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth asset workflows, timely delivery, approvals, and campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client servicing, account management, marketing operations, campaign management, or brand marketing, with strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end coordination of marketing assets for non-branded titles across the India market.
- Act as a central point of contact between internal teams, external agencies, and studio partners for asset delivery and workflow management.
- Coordinate with teams such as Marketing, Content Acquisition, Business Affairs, Legal, Social, and Marketing Production to ensure alignment on asset requirements, approvals, and timelines.
- Track asset deliveries, maintain status updates, and ensure timely uploads to digital asset management systems.
- Manage communication with external vendors and agencies regarding asset sourcing, delivery schedules, quality checks, and updates.
- Support marketing teams with promotional asset requests for campaigns, social media, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate approvals for creative assets by working with relevant stakeholders to ensure brand guidelines, usage rights, licensing requirements, and contractual obligations are met.
- Partner with marketing and regional teams on creative asset development, identifying potential issues and helping drive solutions.




- Support campaign planning by maintaining trackers, preparing updates, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
- Assist with internal marketing updates, newsletters, title lists, and asset-related communications.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing operations, campaign/project management, or brand marketing.
- Experience working with advertising agencies, media companies, entertainment organizations, studios, or consumer brands.
- Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal and external teams.
- Solid organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.

Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, creative workflows, or client deliverables.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, paid media, display advertising, and video content.
- Familiarity with traditional marketing channels such as TV, OOH, cinema, and print is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and creative asset requirements.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage ambiguity.
- Interest in entertainment, media, and evolving content trends.
